About

People before tools. Always.

Reasoning Frameworks exists so people-first organizations — clinics, practices, nonprofits, family businesses — can adopt AI without losing the thing that makes them work: their people.

Our purpose

Why we exist.

Most organizations adopt technology and, without meaning to, quietly lose the people. The tool becomes the point. Staff get worked around instead of worked with, and the mission ends up serving the software.

Reasoning Frameworks flips that order. We start with your people and the outcomes you're actually trying to reach, then treat AI as a tool in service of the mission — never the mission itself. The technology earns its place only when it frees your team to do more of what they're here to do.

That's servant-leadership applied to technology: we're here to make your people stronger, not to make them optional. When AI does its job well, the people around it should feel more capable, more trusted, and more free — not sidelined.

Who's behind it

Conviction first — then the work to back it.

Chris Finch · Founder

Chris Finch founded Reasoning Frameworks on a simple conviction: leaders who stay curious stay useful, and technology should sharpen people rather than sideline them. AI, done right, isn't a replacement for judgment — it's a way to give good people more room to use it.

Chris's background is in leading multi-site, people-heavy service organizations — years spent watching great teams lose their days to admin instead of the people they serve. That's where the conviction started: give people their time back, don't take their place.

Two beliefs shape everything here. "Iron sharpens iron" — the best work happens when people make each other better, and the same should be true of the tools we hand them. And identity before performance — who your people are matters more than what they output, so we build in a way that respects that first and measures second.

What we believe

Four convictions we won't trade away.

People before tools

The goal was never "adopt AI." It's freeing your people to do more of what only people can do. Every recommendation is measured against that.

Identity before performance

Who your people are comes before what they produce. We build in a way that honors that order — dignity first, output second.

Iron sharpens iron

We make teams sharper, together. Good tools and good people should make each other better — never one at the expense of the other.

Clarity over hype

Plain-English, honest counsel about where AI helps and where it doesn't. No jargon, no overselling, no black boxes.

Our vision

Great organizations don't automate their people away. They free them to lead.
